Becky from Cleveland's Vinegar Based Pineapple Coleslaw

Becky from Cleveland entered this great Vinegar Based Pineapple Coleslaw recipe in our 2011 Facebook $100 gift certificate giveaway! This is recipe is way good, and worth a try for sure.

• 1 head of cabbage, shredded
• 1 can pineapple chunks (save the juice)
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
• 1 Tablespoon Salt
• 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Instructions:

1. Put the shredded cabbage in a bowl
2. Rough chop the pineapple, and add it to the bowl with the shredded cabbage in it
3. Mix the apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup of the saved pineapple juice
4. 4- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
5. Pour over the cabbage and pineapple.
6. Toss together and eat.
