Bulova Accutron Limited Edition Spaceview 2010 

In 1960, Bulova introduced the Accutron Spaceview.  At that time, Accutron's tuning fork technology ruled the timekeeping world.  Their watch didn't "tick", it had a "hum".  The second hand moved with a smooth grace.  Fast forward to 2010, and Bulova is re-releasing the Spaceview, in a very limited edition.  Only 1000 of these watches will be hand made for the world.  All new tooling had to be made to faithfully re-create an almost exact replica of the original Bulova Accutron Spaceview tuning fork movement.  A modern lithium battery will replace the original mercury version for improved life.

Estimated release date is October 2010.  This will be the same time that Bulova will rock the timekeeping world with another new technology, yet to be announced.
