Pig Candy Bacon
As a general rule, everyone loves bacon. I REALLY REALLY LOVE BACON. Especially good bacon. This recipe is a southern, slightly spicy twist, on the regular bacon that we all know and love. I have been known to eat way too much of this at a single sitting.
2- Cover the cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
4- Mix the dry brown sugar and the cayenne pepper in the small bowl.
5- With your hands, pat the dry brown sugar and cayenne pepper mixture evenly on both sides of each strip of bacon and lay on the aluminum foil. Place cookie sheet in the broiler
6- While carefully monitoring the cooking process, cook the bacon evenly on both sides, turning as needed.
This recipe is terrible for both your waistline and cholesterol.......I don't care, I love it.
