Lemon Cream Cheese Pie
2- Melt butter in pie pan in the oven
4- Mix cinnamon crisps and melted butter together in the pie pan. Remove a small amount of the cinnamon crisp mixture to be used later as a garnish for the top of the pie. Form the rest of the mixture into a pie crust.
5- Bake crust for 3-4 minutes to "set" crust. Set aside, or in refrigerator to completely cool.
6- ****Optional step**** Line the bottom of the cooled pie crust with your choice of the sliced berries
7- In mixing bowl, whip together 1 3/4 Cup of milk and the room temperature cream cheese
8- Add small box of instant lemon pudding, and blend for 2 minutes
9- Pour filling mixture into pie crust, garnish with leftover Cinnamon Crisps.
10- ****Optional**** Garnish the top of the pie with sliced berries of your choice
11- Put completed pie in refrigerator until firm.
